General terms and conditions for
Mr R.Faisey t/as Exeter Sharpening

 
In these terms and conditions ‘The Seller’ means Exeter sharpening and ‘The Buyer’ means the purchaser of services and goods from ‘The Seller’. Under these terms and conditions. ‘The Website’ means www.exetersharpening.co.uk and its contents.

2. Prices

Prices are correct at the time of  being displayed on the web site but are subject to alteration without prior
notice. 


3. Payment Policy

Payment must be made prior to despatch of all goods.

Payment for all sharpening can be paid for by either cheque  included with the items to be serviced at the rates advertised, or as agreed between the seller and the buyer.
Extra charges may be incurred if the tools are in poor condition.The buyer will be informed of extra charges before work commences on the tools sent.

If the buyer decides that they do not want the work to commence because of extra charges, they will be liable for carriage charges for the return of their tooling. 
The seller may dispose of any tooling not returned to the buyer after a period of 30 days, or an agreement is reached.

All items sent for sharpening are sent at the sole risk of the buyer. We endeavour to provide the best service possible but due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee our work beyond the sharpening process.

5.
Exeter Sharpening retain the right to decline any work at their discretion, all work is done in good faith. We decline to carry out any work on items that we suspect might be used for untoward or criminal activity.

6.
We ask that you use this website in good faith. We subscribe to ethical business practice on the net and fair dealings with all our customers. To protect you and us all disputes will be carried out under English law.
